Srinagar’s Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden opened between 16 and 26 March in each of 2023–2026; the 2027 date isn’t announced (checked 23 October 2026). In 2026 the garden opened on 16 March, “about 10 to 15 days ahead of schedule”, and ran into mid-April, the Daily Excelsior reported. Tickets in 2026 were ₹75 for adults, ₹30 for children and ₹200 for foreign visitors, with the garden open from 9 am to 7 pm, according to Time Out.

Sources differ on how early 2026 was: “nearly 10 days earlier” than its planned opening in the last week of March, according to Outlook Traveller, and “about 10 to 15 days ahead of schedule”, according to Imran Ahmad, the garden’s officer in charge, quoted by the Daily Excelsior.
